We all took part in a live Action Cancer webinar this week! The topic was Health Action Heroes and we listened to stories about Healthy Eating, Physical Activity, the importance of not smoking, and Taking Care in The Sun. We took part in lots of activities to do with these topics, including: sorting out healthy/not healthy foods; exercising on the spot, to up our heart- rate; and how to keep cool and healthy in hot weather. We had lots of fun and then we went outside and ran the Daily Mile!
