Today was Shrove Tuesday.... Pancake Day! We sat and watched as Mrs Gormley carefully mixed together the flour, eggs and milk to make a batter and then to cook the mixture in a frying pan. We couldn't believe it when Mrs Gormley tossed the pancake into the air..... and caught it!
What a lovely, yummy snack we had! We put sugar and lemon on the pancakes... they were delicious!
